Everything about the house, the design, the features and workmanship was beautiful. Not only did they work hard to ensure that our new house was quality built, they added many special touches that made our house feel like home. We were treated like an important part of the process. All of our questions were answered and we were always welcomed on site to see how our new home was progressing. This is the home that Tom built… Our first exposure to the quality of workmanship found in a Millennium home occurred when we toured an Open House on Ellison Avenue near Fraser Road. We were impressed with the tasteful design and the quality of workmanship. Because we couldn’t find a ranch home on the real estate market with the features we wanted, we asked Tom Jraiche, president of Millennium Homes to look at a house plan we had drawn. He was very accommodating and willing to try something completely different. As the building progressed we were impressed with the various subcontractors. They were friendly, willing to discuss questions we had, worked quickly and efficiently, illustrated high-level workmanship, and left the building site tidy for the next group of trade’s people. We were also reassured by the fact that various local suppliers who provided the materials spoke highly of Tom and Millennium Homes. Our home was completed on schedule and we were very pleased with the final result.
We were not really looking for a new home when we were touring open houses on a Sunday afternoon. When we visited the Millennium homes model, we were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. We started the process of purchasing a new custom-built home from them by putting our house for sale. We moved in six months later. We were satisfied with how Tom handled all of the extras we wanted and received no surprises when we received the final bill. Since then, Tom has gone out of his way to assist us with other projects we have done ourselves. We find him to be very trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend him.
