We were not really looking for a new home when we were touring open houses on a Sunday afternoon. When we visited the Millennium homes model, we were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. We started the process of purchasing a new custom-built home from them by putting our house for sale. We moved in six months later. We were satisfied with how Tom handled all of the extras we wanted and received no surprises when we received the final bill. Since then, Tom has gone out of his way to assist us with other projects we have done ourselves. We find him to be very trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend him.
