This is the home that Tom built… Our first exposure to the quality of workmanship found in a Millennium home occurred when we toured an Open House on Ellison Avenue near Fraser Road. We were impressed with the tasteful design and the quality of workmanship. Because we couldn’t find a ranch home on the real estate market with the features we wanted, we asked Tom Jraiche, president of Millennium Homes to look at a house plan we had drawn. He was very accommodating and willing to try something completely different. As the building progressed we were impressed with the various subcontractors. They were friendly, willing to discuss questions we had, worked quickly and efficiently, illustrated high-level workmanship, and left the building site tidy for the next group of trade’s people. We were also reassured by the fact that various local suppliers who provided the materials spoke highly of Tom and Millennium Homes. Our home was completed on schedule and we were very pleased with the final result.
